A growing and highly sought-after aesthetic practice in Medford, Oregon is seeking an experienced Plastic Surgeon to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a surgeon with a strong passion for cosmetic breast and body procedures who wants to build a thriving aesthetic practice and become a long-term part of an established team.


The practice has a strong demand for cosmetic procedures and is specifically looking for a Plastic Surgeon with significant experience in Mommy Makeover procedures and aesthetic breast and body surgery.


Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified or board-eligible Plastic Surgeon
• Must have formal training and experience specifically in Plastic Surgery
• Significant experience with cosmetic breast and body procedures
• Strong experience performing Mommy Makeovers
• Experience with procedures such as:
  • Breast augmentation
  • Breast lift
  • Breast reduction
  • Abdominoplasty / tummy tuck
  • Body contouring
  • Brazilian Butt Lift / gluteal procedures
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Strong communication and patient consultation skills
• Patient-focused with a commitment to exceptional outcomes
• Motivated to grow a cosmetic surgical practice and establish a long-term presence in the community
