Community Health Worker Trainee — Training & Field Internship
OCHIN
OCHIN is offering a Community Health Worker Training Program in Portland, Oregon. The program lasts approximately 550 hours, combining online learning and hands-on training. Participants will gain essential skills to effectively connect patients with necessary healthcare and social services. Eligible candidates must be 18+, reside within 30-45 minutes of the service site, and have a high school diploma or GED.
