In this position, you will provide comprehensive, patient-focused rehabilitation care for adults who are recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs. Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual recovery goals. Manage wound care and medication administration effectively. Monitor patients with complex medical conditions closely. Work collaboratively with physicians and therapists to enhance patient outcomes. Promote mobility and ensure patient safety throughout the rehabilitation process. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Document all relevant information in the electronic health record (EHR). Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred.
