Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, many of whom face the added complexities of co-occurring medical conditions alongside mental health challenges. This role is crucial in providing tailored support to individuals with varying backgrounds and experiences, requiring cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the unique challenges they encounter.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with patients.

  • Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality is prioritized.

Preferred Experience\n

While experience in a particular area is not mandatory, candidates with a background in treating individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
