Job Description
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with the legal department to develop and manage financial models and budgets. Provide insights on financial performance and identify trends to drive strategic initiatives. Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements where necessary. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Analyst should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in the pro services industry or legal space is a plus.
