Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a broad spectrum of patients, including adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing relationship difficulties, mental health challenges, or significant life transitions. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe, empathetic space for clients to express their feelings and work toward positive change, contributing directly to their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • An active, unrestricted License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California.

  • Exceptional clinical skills with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques to cater to diverse populations.

  • Proficiency in using telehealth technology and maintaining organized calendar management for appointment scheduling.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to engage clients effectively in both individual and group settings.

  • A commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice, ensuring the protection of patient health information.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least two years of clinical experience providing direct therapy in a medical or social service setting.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other relevant therapeutic modalities.

  • A demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the cultural and individual needs of clients.

  • Experience managing a caseload independently while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
