About the Position

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Imaging Specialty: General Imaging Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: 3-5 years in MRI License: ARRT-MR or ARMRIT Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience with GE and Siemens imaging equipment - Experience with various patient types, including outpatient, inpatient, neuro, oncology, musculoskeletal, and cardiac Description: We offer a dynamic and cutting-edge MRI environment with six scanners. Our facility is equipped with a blend of GE and Siemens scanners. We perform a wide range of advanced imaging procedures, including cardiac, functional, neuro, body, musculoskeletal, and specialty exams. Join a fantastic team of experienced Technologists and Imaging Assistants who collaborate and support each other in a fast-paced, highly specialized setting. Our leadership team is committed to your growth and advancement, making this the perfect place to broaden your expertise and take on new challenges. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 6:15 AM to 2:45 PM, with occasional weekend on-call. We operate a Level II Trauma Center with a wide variety of patient needs. We handle a weekly census of 250-300 patients. The patient ratio is 1:1. Required certifications include BLS and certification in MRI technologies. Experience with GE Discovery 750W, Siemens Aera, Siemens Magentom Skyra equipment, and EPIC charting system is essential. There will be no floating; the focus will remain solely on MRI. Weekend rotation will occur with a maximum of every third weekend. Expectations for holiday coverage will be based on unit needs. Scrub color should be professional, allowing for a variety of colors.
