JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role involves troubleshooting, equipment handling, and performing basic network tasks under the guidance of remote engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to requests for on-site support and assistance with network equipment and infrastructure.
Perform equipment installations, configurations, and decommissions as directed.
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues.
Execute standard network tasks, such as cable management, patching, and rack management.
Document actions taken and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with remote engineering teams to execute complex configurations and repairs.
