Required Skills:
• 7+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of Power Apps formulas, development patterns, and best practices
• Experience building canvas and model-driven Power Apps
• Experience implementing solutions that integrate multiple data sources
• Experience with Microsoft 365 development, including Teams and SharePoint Online
• Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator
• Business systems analysis and application support experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Skills
• Strong foundational knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, and the Azure ecosystem
• Understanding of security concepts such as access control and data protection
• Experience installing and configuring on-premises data gateways
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and enterprise deployment practices
