Warehouse Selector

Location: Wells, ME Schedule: 5 days per week (Weekends mandatory). Shift: 6:00 am – Finish (final schedule determined upon hire). Pay: $700–$1,000+/week (production pay, paid weekly). The Opportunity Selecting products throughout the warehouse using equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, forklifts, and other duties assigned by site leadership. Using VoCollect, RF scan‑guns, or reading manual tickets. What Success Looks Like 2+ years experience with ride‑on electric pallet jack. High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic. Self‑motivated with ability to work with limited supervision. Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks. Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs. Accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned. Ability to sit or stand for periods in office and in a warehouse environment (concrete flooring, changing temperatures).
