Benefits Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners Conduct insurance reviews and identify appropriate coverage solutions Cross-sell and upsell personal and commercial insurance products Follow up on leads and quote opportunities in a timely manner Maintain accurate client records and documentation Deliver outstanding customer service to promote client retention Support agency marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals Requirements Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License 1+ years of insurance sales or related sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self‑motivated with a proven ability to achieve goals?
