Job Title: Resident Aide
Location: Arlington Senior Living 

Job Summary:
Arlington Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Aides to join our care team. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and passionate about providing quality care to seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents

• Assist with meal service and hydration reminders as needed

• Follow all community policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Resident Aide, Caregiver, or in a similar healthcare role preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Ability to assist residents with mobility and daily care needs

• Must meet all state and facility requirements for employment
