VCA Beavercreek Animal Hospital is looking to add a Registered Veterinary Technician!

Schedule: Full-time opportunity, 5 x 8 hour shifts with rotating Saturdays. 

\n

\n

Compensation: The pay range is $ 21 - 25 / hr and is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field.

As a Veterinary Technician , you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians to support a variety of medical procedures while helping guide clients through their pet’s care with confidence and compassion.

What You’ll Do  

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Assist with surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and recovery

\n

\n \n \n

\n

\n

\n
• \n

  Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Collect samples and run in-house diagnostics

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Place catheters and support patient treatments

\n

\n \n

\n

\n
• \n

  Educate clients on care plans, medications, and follow-up 

\n

\n \n \n

\n

Qualifications:   

\n

\n
• \n

  Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or eligible to transfer state license (LVT, CVT, LVMT).

\n

\n
