We're looking for dependable and safety-focused Material Handlers to join our warehouse and distribution team. In this role, you'll operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and organize materials throughout the facility. Pay:

• 1st Shift: $21.25/hour
• 2nd Shift: $22.25/hour

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Move, load, unload, stack, and relocate materials throughout the facility
• Transport racks, containers, pallets, and crates to designated locations
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process material movements
• Pull and stage completed orders for outbound shipping
• Inspect products for damage and verify correct labeling
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork accurately
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Previous forklift experience required
• Material handling, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written instructions and complete documentation accurately

• Experience in shipping and receiving
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory processes
• Production or manufacturing experience
• Experience working with pallets, racks, containers, and bulk materials
• Forklift certification or recent forklift operating experience

This position works in a warehouse and distribution setting where material handlers are responsible for moving products, staging shipments, and supporting daily operations. Employees will spend much of the day operating forklifts, using RF scanners, handling inventory, and preparing materials for shipping and receiving. This is a Contract position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $22.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
