The Shipping and Receiving Associate II is a key contributor to our fast-paced manufacturing operation, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain. As a career-level logistics professional, this role leverages deep expertise in Shipping and/or Receiving processes while working across critical business systems including AX, X-Carrier, MES, MRS, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, partnering with the Logistics team and cross-functional departments to solve challenges, improve efficiency, and keep operations running smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex tasks, contribute beyond standard procedures, and play an essential role in delivering exceptional results to customers. What You Will Do: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and system records, ensuring material accuracy and compliance with safety requirements. Manage material holds, quarantined inventory, mystery materials, and related case follow-up while partnering with Customer Service and Planning teams. Organize, store, and transfer inventory to support production demands and maintain efficient warehouse operations. Process domestic and international shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, documentation, freight coordination, and shipping quotes. Generate and maintain accurate shipping records, resolve documentation discrepancies, and manage shipment queues to ensure on-time delivery. Conduct quality inspections, select appropriate packaging, and ensure products are protected throughout the shipping process. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records while escalating issues and discrepancies as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and carriers to coordinate workflow and resolve logistics challenges. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, including pallet preparation and warehouse storage activities. Follow all safety, housekeeping, and compliance requirements to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory issues, providing clear communication and documentation to stakeholders.
