Chief Legal Officer: Affordable Housing & Real Estate

Atlanta Housing seeks a General Counsel to lead its in-house legal team, safeguarding legal rights and guiding the organization on real estate, HUD programs, contracts, and governance. The role reports to the President and CEO and serves on the Executive Leadership Team.
You will supervise attorneys and staff, advise on high-profile matters, manage outside counsel, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including Georgia Sunshine Laws.
