Our client in Dallas, Texas is looking for a data entry expert to join their team! If you love analyzing numbers and talking to people, this will be the perfect position for you!

Compensation: $18.75

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5

Location: Dallas - 100% on-site

Job Description

• Analyze and process incoming life insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with life insurance agents or their staff via email or telephone to follow up on missing requirements or clarify information.
• Enter data into proprietary home office systems.
• Submit life insurance applications or contracting paperwork to the appropriate carriers through various delivery systems.
• Process paperwork quickly and efficiently.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls when needed

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1 year in a processing role/order entry, meeting daily production goals and quality metrics.
• Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Organized and Motivated: Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High energy and excellent attitude
• Team environment
• Organized, self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
