Job Description: As a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner in a global, highly complex system landscape, you will drive business outcomes through technical skills and business acumen for the Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) IT domain. The role focuses on regular business engagement, delivering IT solutions incorporating AI, managing product backlog, and materializing business outcomes and savings for HPE. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, developing functional designs, driving development, ensuring solutions meet requirements, and providing subject‑matter expertise on Java‑based CPQ applications integrated with SAP S4 HANA Order Management. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with business implementation teams, using deep business knowledge to drive improvements in IT engagement for major initiatives. Communicate specific IT decisions relevant to the business implementation teams. Represent the needs of the business, function, or geography during implementation projects. Provide standard IT solutions that meet the needs of the business, function, geography, or organization. Actively participate in selected IT projects to ensure timely communications to business, function, and geography customers. Follow defined processes and implement process changes as needed to meet ongoing IT objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 10+ years of experience. 10+ years of experience as a business analyst with strong understanding of Java and related technologies. Extensive knowledge and experience in CPQ domain, including configuration applications and integrated fabric. Strong business partner relationships and rapport building skills. Proficiency in business modelling, data analysis, and visualization tools. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Jira, ServiceNow, ITSM Process, and New Relic Application (plus). Knowledge of middleware integration such as SAP, Kafka, SDI, SnapLogic (plus). Proven track record working on large‑scale, customer‑facing enterprise systems and projects.
