Fountain View Healthcare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Night Shift Supervisor . This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality, and compassionate resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Supervise staff providing direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation

• Oversee and support Nursing Assistants in day‑to‑day clinical duties

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

• Promote a safe, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment during the overnight shift

• Nursing degree from an accredited program

• Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN or RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum of one year of Long‑Term Care experience

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, long‑term care regulations, and clinical procedures

• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical‑thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and external agencies

• Strong organization and prioritization abilities
