Temporary Admin/General Office Support

Position: Temporary Administrative / General Office Support Type: Full-Time Temporary or Part-Time will be considered (Minimum 3 days a week) Location: Edmonds Pay: $25-$29 per hour, DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5PM Job Details We are seeking a confident, professional, and presentable Administrative / General Office Support professional to assist with the day-to-day operations of a busy office. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and previous experience working in a front-desk or administrative environment. This person should be comfortable interacting with clients and visitors, managing multiple tasks, and stepping in with minimal training. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys being the welcoming face of an office and takes pride in providing professional and organized support. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Provide front-desk and general office support Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized files Set up and coordinate meetings and appointments Assist with client and visitor needs Prepare meeting areas and ensure clients have water and other basic accommodations Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Enter and maintain information in CRM systems Provide general administrative support as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications / Requirements Previous administrative, office, or front-desk experience required Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook Training will not be provided on these programs Strong data entry and organizational skills Professional and confident communication style Presentable and comfortable interacting with clients and visitors CRM experience preferred, particularly Zoho Experience with account management or an awareness of account-related processes preferred Marketing experience or familiarity with marketing activities preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Ability to step into the role with minimal training Benefits Available to Eligible Express Associates: Medical Plan Dental Plan Holiday Pay (6 Days Observed) 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan Vision/Eyewear Plan Life Insurance Prescription Drug Reimbursement Short-Term Disability Referral Bonuses Express Office: Lynnwood 19009 33rd Ave W Ste 204 Lynnwood, WA 98036 View phone number on click.appcast.io
