Program Analyst

Position Summary Program Analyst II in the Program Policy and Development Unit (PPD) under the Department of Community Services and Development. Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the incumbent is responsible for independently performing a variety of complex technical and analytical duties and contract development pertaining to the Low‑Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and other energy programs, as appropriate. Location and Telework Hybrid telework is available for eligible applicants residing in California. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the department and may be adjusted as business needs arise. In‑person work may be required at headquarters or other off‑site locations. Compensation $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per Month. New to state candidates will be hired at the minimum salary of the classification or the minimum of the alternate range, when applicable. Essential Functions Perform complex technical and analytical duties related to LIHEAP and other energy programs. Develop and manage contracts for program initiatives.
