Job Summary:
An ICU - Intensive Care Unit registered nurse position is available in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a 12-hour day shift environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day and should have prior travel experience. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic unit that caters to adult patients with various critical conditions.

Job Details:

• Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
• Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Schedule: 12-hour days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Tennessee (TN) license or compact license on file at the time of submission, at least 2 years of experience as an ICU nurse, prior travel nursing experience, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIH).
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous float experience to stepdown or emergency room (ER) units.
• Additional Information: Scrubs Navy attire required, weekend shifts are mandatory, and the unit involves floating to stepdown or ER departments as needed. The electronic medical record (EMR) system utilized is Cerner. The unit is a 21-bed facility with patient ratios of 1-2.
