Sweetwater Surf Shop, located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, NC, is searching for a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to join our team! If you’re passionate about surf culture and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader: Leading and supporting team members during your shift to provide exceptional customer service. Assisting with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the shop is ready to welcome customers or wrap up the day. Handling cash register operations and maintaining accurate sales records. Monitoring inventory levels and helping with restocking and merchandising to keep the shop looking its best. Acting as a point of contact for team members, addressing questions, and solving any issues that may arise. What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory position (retail or customer service experience preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills to keep the team motivated and the shop running efficiently. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
