Job Title: Contract Recruiter- Onsite Only 
Seeking a Contract Recruiter  to support the front end of the recruiting process across technical, sales, operations, and corporate roles.
This role is focused on sourcing, outreach, initial screening, candidate follow-up, and pipeline organization. The Recruiting Specialist will partner closely with the Recruitment Manager to identify qualified talent, keep candidates engaged, and ensure candidates are thoughtfully assessed before moving forward in the interview process.
This is not a full-cycle recruiting role. The Recruitment Manager will continue to own hiring manager alignment, internal stakeholder management, next-level interviews, offer strategy, and overall process direction.
The ideal person will come from a fast-paced recruiting environment and be comfortable with high-volume outreach, frequent candidate rejection, shifting priorities, and roles that may change direction quickly. Adaptability, resilience, strong follow-up, and sound recruiting judgment will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

1. Source and build targeted candidate pipelines across technical, sales, product, engineering, supply chain, operations, and AI/data-center-related roles.
2. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
3. Draft and send professional, warm, and tailored candidate outreach messages.
4. Conduct structured initial screens to assess experience, communication style, motivation, compensation expectations, location/on-site alignment, and overall role fit.
5. Prepare clear candidate summaries with relevant experience, strengths, potential gaps, concerns, and a recommendation on next steps.
6. Manage candidate follow-up to maintain engagement and reduce drop-off.
7. Track pipeline activity, candidate status, outreach, responses, and screening progress in an organized way.
8. Partner with the Recruitment Manager to understand role priorities, must-haves, nice-to-haves, and screening expectations.
9. Adjust quickly when priorities shift, search direction changes, or new roles become more urgent.
10. Flag risks early, including compensation misalignment, commute concerns, experience gaps, limited candidate availability, or unclear role requirements.
11. Support scheduling and coordination as needed, though this is not primarily a coordination-focused role.

• 2–3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, agency, staffing, RPO, or fast-paced corporate recruiting environment.
• Comfort with heavy outbound sourcing, low response rates, candidate rejection, and changing search priorities.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess candidate fit beyond keyword matching.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple searches at once.
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to summarize candidate information clearly and thoughtfully.
• Comfort supporting hiring teams or stakeholders who may need help refining or recalibrating candidate profiles.
• Interest in learning technical, sales, product, hardware, AI, or data center-related roles.

• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, product, hardware, supply chain, or sales roles.
