Seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Pega, this full-time remote position will drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale workflows while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Key responsibilities Enhance and improve systems, processes, and applications through programming specifications and test plans Analyze user requests and business specifications to determine scope, time estimates, and system impacts Provide technical support for production systems, ensuring functionality and drafting necessary documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance Expertise as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with hands-on experience in the Pega Platform Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support via rotations
