We are seeking Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

 

We have multiple open positions! Work on your own schedule with full-time, part-time, or side-hustle options available.

This is a salary plus commission opportunity with options for residual income and leadership growth.

 

The role is responsible for identifying, opening, and developing business opportunities across retails, platforms and relevant partners. The position requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial profile who can both drive sales directly and build sustainable partnerships.

 

Job responsibility includes,

Market Development:

  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with key US customers.
  • Map the US pet care industry landscape to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Act as the local “voice of the customer” to global teams, providing insight on market needs, pricing dynamics, and competitive activity.

Sales Execution:

  • Drive new customer acquisition across multiple channels, from retailers to online platforms and regional chains.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that support sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Deliver agreed sales and margin targets for the US market.
  • Build sales forecasts and report performance to the management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development ;
  • Experience in pet care or adjacent industries is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Strong track record of opening new accounts and building profitable partnerships.
  • Solid negotiation and commercial skills.
  • High energy level, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.
  • Proven ability to identify and close business opportunities.
  • Hands-on, persistent, and adaptable.

 

Sales position's salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience. This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions. The first year potential compensation range for this position could be $60,000-$200,000, includes a base salary from $2,000 to $5,000, plus commission, manufacturer incentives and bonus potential.
