If you're comfortable operating warehouse equipment and working with scanners, inventory systems, and documentation, this could be a great fit.Area: Cincinnati, OH areaShift: 3rdPay: $20/hrPerksManufacturing environmentOpportunity to work across receiving, inventory, production staging, and shippingHands-on role with a mix of physical work and computer/inventory responsibilitiesOpportunity for direct impact on production and warehouse efficiencyThe RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse, logistics, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacksStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer skillsSAP or WMS experience is a plusAbility to accurately scan, label, count, and document materialsAbility to follow SOPs and work instructionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to identify discrepancies and escalate concerns appropriatelyComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical warehouse tasks for extended periodsThe Daily DutiesUnload and inspect incoming raw materials and goodsVerify materials against supplier documentationReceive materials and complete inventory transactions in SAP/WMSStage and transfer raw materials and packaging for productionMove materials between warehouse locationsCoordinate material transfers with internal teams and third-party logistics providersReceive and inspect finished goods from productionWrap, label, and load outbound shipmentsVerify pallet labels, lot numbers, quantities, and shipping documentationUse barcode scanners to validate inventory movements and shipmentsPerform inventory transactions and help maintain accurate physical and system inventorySupport cycle counts and physical inventory activitiesIdentify and properly label quality hold or non-conforming materialsMaintain an organized and properly labeled warehouseCommunicate inventory discrepancies, shipping concerns, and safety issues to warehouse leadershipFollow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, SOPs, and quality standardsParticipate in continuous improvement activities
