We're seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established small animal practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Whether you're an experienced DVM or a newer graduate looking for mentorship, you'll find a collaborative team, loyal clientele, and a culture built on communication, respect, and quality patient care.

Our doctors work closely together, share ideas, and support one another. We value collaboration, continued learning, and creating an environment where everyone feels respected and appreciated.

Our highly compliant clientele values preventive care, follows recommendations, and allows doctors to practice medicine the way it should be practiced.

Each doctor is supported by an experienced team that helps keep the day running smoothly, allowing you to focus on patient care and client communication.

• Four exam rooms plus a dedicated comfort room
• Two-table surgical suite
• Dental treatment area
• Digital and dental radiography
• Ultrasound
• Therapeutic laser
• Full IDEXX in-house diagnostics including ProCyte, Catalyst, Sedivue, SNAP Readers, and inVue
• No boarding or grooming services

• Base salary of $110,000-$130,000 , depending on experience
• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Quarterly production bonus opportunities

• DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
• Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
