Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong EP (Electrophysiology) background.
• Experience with pacemakers and ICD (Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator).
• Knowledge and skill set to scrub/assist physician with structural heart, complex coronary, peripheral and EP procedures.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Start time of 0700 or 0800.
• Call required. call requirements of 1 weekday/week and every 5th weekend. 30 minute response time required. Call after 5:30 pm weekdays, 24/7 on weekends and holidays. Weekend start 5:30 pm Friday till Monday 7 am.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
