Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Casa Grande, AZ

Job Description

Step into an impactful full-time opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist focused on supporting Kindergarten through 8th-grade students. This contract role offers a balanced schedule of 4 days per week and 30 hours per week, providing ample time to deliver meaningful speech and language services within a school-based setting near Casa Grande, AZ. Desired Qualifications:

Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Current Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP fingerprint clearance card
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Prior experience working with pediatric populations or in school-based settings
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-8 students in individual and small-group settings
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and students’ needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
Maintain accurate records and progress reports, following district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
Utilize provided two work-from-home days per month to complete documentation or remote services
