Inventory Control Associate We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN. Support inventory operations by coordinating the efficient and controlled movement, storage, and replenishment of materials across laboratory and operational areas. Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure materials are available to support ongoing business and laboratory activities in compliance with established procedures. Receive, inspect, log, store, and distribute incoming inventory deliveries Maintain organized stock locations and execute inventory rotation activities Record inventory transactions accurately using inventory control systems Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities as required Collaborate with laboratory teams, project managers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve inventory-related issues Support cycle counts, inventory reporting, and inventory disposition activities Manage purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries Prepare and coordinate inter-site inventory shipments and related documentation High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 year of related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Proficiency with Microsoft Word and inventory control systems Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, suppliers, and clients Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze inventory data and support process improvements Ability to obtain and maintain fork truck certification Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. We appreciate your honesty and professionalism. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,200.00 - $64,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
