Caregiver / CNA – 12-Hour Day Shifts
2nd Family Home Care is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for consistent 12-hour DAY shifts (7 AM–7 PM) throughout Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and surrounding communities.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs who:
- Are dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Are compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Are comfortable working a full 12-hour day shift
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and our care team
- Take pride in providing high-quality, one-on-one care
- Enjoy helping seniors remain safe and independent at home
Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus.
Basic Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
- A genuine desire to help older adults
