Role Overview The Inspector/Quality Assurance role consists of inspection of garments for defects in screen‑printing in our Production areas. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Scan garment to detect defects such as variations in color Examine fabric for dropped stitches, holes, and/or stains Remove spots and stains from garments Adhere UPC labels & hangtags using tagging gun Be cross‑trained in other areas of the Production/DC Other duties may be assigned Qualifications Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Ability to inspect materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects Effective communication in person to supervisors and co‑workers Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
