As a Physical Therapist (PT) joining our team, you are embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. Responsibilities Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. Provide educational information to patients regarding injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation. Establish a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires. Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction in patients. Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient. Direct and supervise physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered. Current CPR certification.
