The Accounting Manager is someone who gets frustrated when things are done wrong or half-baked - someone who thrives on building accurate, repeatable systems that actually work. You'll own the technical foundation of our finance operation - month-end close, GL reconciliations, AR/AP workflows, internal controls, and reporting systems - for a 1,300+ unit property management company.You'll report to the CFO with the autonomy to design the structure yourself, and lead a team of 3–6 by setting standards and holding them accountable - with precision, not politics.Before You ApplyFor your application to be considered, we need you to answer this 10-minute survey.
