We are a fast paced, multi doctor practice located in a historical house in scenic Yardley Pa. Here we focus on a more holistic approach to medicine offering acupuncture, laser therapy, homeopathy and Chinese herbs along with a wide range of conventional services including routine health care, dental care including full mouth dental radiographs, elective/non elective surgical procedures and more.

Our office goes above and beyond in both patient medical care and client service. VCA Animal Healing Center consists of a team of extremely committed doctors and technicians that work together side by side to provide patient care that is second to none. Whether you are a seasoned Veterinary Assistant or a Veterinary Technician, we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in. The skills that will be utilized include, but are not limited to:

• Venipuncture

• Maintaining medical records.

• Filling prescriptions.

• Catheter placement

• Radiology

• Physical examinations and patient assessment

• Surgical preparation and assisting

• Laboratory work

• Pharmacy

• Patient recovery

• Compassionate care for hospitalized patients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have documented previous experience

• Flexibility in hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays

• Customer service skills

• Working knowledge of computers

• Excellent communications skills

• Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments

The salary range for this position is $18 - $22 / hour based on experience
