Key facts Location: Redmond, King County Engagement: Full-time Compensation: $218,260 Team: CISO Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) What you'd do Oversee the development and implementation of security compliance initiatives to strengthen Microsoft's cybersecurity governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and manage risks effectively. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management or a related field. Proven background in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or compliance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to various stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Nice to have Experience with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO, NIST, or GDPR. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Skills & tools Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Knowledge of security compliance software and frameworks. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other cloud services. Practical notes This position may require occasional travel.
