We believe in empowering our employees, fostering collaboration, and delivering top-quality products that set industry standards.About the RoleWe're seeking Fiberglass Mold Technicians to help maintain, repair, and modify molds used in our fiberglass pool manufacturing process. In this role, you'll work hands-on with molds, ensuring their integrity and functionality while making necessary modifications and repairs.What You'll DoAssist in repairing damage to molds caused by routine useModify molds and supporting frameworks as neededSupport construction and reconstruction of molds to meet production needsOperate a variety of power tools, including grinders, drills, cutting tools, jigs, gauges, and pneumatic toolsFollow proper chemical handling procedures and use PPE such as respirators, knee pads, anti-slip socks, and fall protectionRead and interpret mold construction drawingsWork in physically demanding environments, including climbing, bending, and kneelingWear a full-face respirator (after passing respiratory testing)What We're Looking ForExperience with fiberglass construction or auto body repairComfortable using shop-related tools and equipmentAbility to read and understand technical drawingsPhysically capable of working in various positions for extended periodsUnderstanding of safety protocols and chemical handling proceduresWhy Join Us?Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package: Starting at $17.50–$18.25/hour, depending on your experience, with plenty of room to grow!We review performance throughout your first year, offering raises up to 25% in the first year based on your achievements.Be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions are valued.Generous Paid Time-Off PackagePaid Holidays401k with matchOptional Life and Disability InsuranceOptional Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceReady to dive in?
