We are recruiting on behalf of our client- an established, client-centered independent retirement planning firm based in Southlake, Texas- for a Senior Financial Advisor / Investment Adviser Representative. This firm's mission is enriching others' lives. They help retirees and pre-retirees move from financial uncertainty to clarity and confidence through comprehensive retirement planning- and they need a senior advisor who can do the same. What makes this role different: Hybrid flexibility- in office for client meetings, remote for prep and admin work Small, family-run team where your voice shapes marketing, operations, and the firm's future Real long-term growth path- principals are transitioning toward retirement in the next few years, and this person will be a key part of how the business moves forward No corporate red tape- decisions get made fast A culture built on genuine care for clients and colleagues alike What you'll do Guide prospective clients through discovery, planning, and decision-making using a comprehensive Retirement Optimization Blueprint process Recommend and place annuity, life insurance, and investment solutions tailored to each client's retirement goals Nurture leads from first appointment through close- this role requires a true closer Build lasting client relationships through ongoing reviews and planning Lead bi-monthly educational webinars and, ideally, dinner seminars Collaborate with a tight-knit team on client experience, marketing, and operations What you bring: IAR-qualifying credentials (Series 65, Series 7 + 66/63, or CFP/CFA/ChFC/CIMA/PFS)- U4 must be able to come up under an RIA Active life and health insurance license (Texas or transferable) Proven experience personally recommending and placing annuities and life insurance A track record of converting prospects to clients through trust, listening, and clear communication A humble, people-first mindset and a desire to find a long-term professional home Located within approximately 45-60 minutes of Southlake, Texas #J-18808-Ljbffr The Well
