This position plays a critical role in programming, setting up, and running CNC equipment while helping lead day-to-day operations in the machine shop. The company is looking for a seasoned CNC professional who can program efficiently, oversee setups, troubleshoot issues, and keep production moving — especially when machining castings. This is not just a button-pushing role.
