You’ll be performing a variety of assembly operations on product components and sub-assemblies, ensuring the highest quality within set timeframes while contributing to continuous improvement on the production floor.Responsibilities:Assemble parts and components to produce finished products according to company’s specificationsPerform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet the required specificationsUse power and hand tools to perform assembly tasksMaintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company protocols and safety proceduresRead and interpret technical documents, blueprints and product manuals to understand assembly instructionsTroubleshoot assembly issues and report any major defects or issues to the supervisorMonitor and replenish inventory of necessary assembly materials and partsTest assembled products to ensure functionality and performanceParticipate in team meetings and trainings to enhance skills and maintain knowledge of company procedures and productsQualifications2+ years experience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to recognize problems, collaborate internally, and take owner ship to drive positive changeSelf starter and commitment to being a strong team player who is also comfortable with ambiguityStrong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to stay organized and prioritize workloadProficiency in Microsoft Suite of productsAttention to details, especially with documentationPhysically able to lift and move product weighing 50lbs+ #J-18808-Ljbffr
