Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Use evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Engage with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education on therapeutic practices and strategies for sustaining progress beyond our walls.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor patient development and adjust treatment plans as needed to keep everyone on the right path.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
• Opportunities for continuing education and post-graduate certifications available and encouraged

Certifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapist (COTR) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
