What You'll Do As a key contributor, you will: Edit and refine short-form social videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X using Adobe Premiere Pro. Identify compelling moments from longer entertainment content and transform them into engaging, platform-specific clips that capture attention. Apply strong editorial judgment to pacing, storytelling, hooks, framing, captions, and visual presentation to maximize impact. Review social video content for quality, consistency, audience engagement, and adherence to platform best practices. Provide clear, constructive feedback on edits to maintain consistent creative standards and elevate content quality. Manage and prioritize daily social video editing assignments across multiple content projects. Coordinate high-volume clip production while maintaining quality and meeting fast turnaround deadlines. Translate creative briefs into clear editing priorities and deliverables. Track production progress, manage revisions, and coordinate asset delivery with publishing teams. Help document and improve editorial workflows, processes, and production guidelines to enhance efficiency. Use AI-powered clipping and creative tools to accelerate video production and identify engaging content moments. Refine AI-generated clips through hands-on editing, ensuring strong storytelling and platform-specific quality. Identify opportunities to improve AI-assisted editing workflows, prompts, and production efficiency. Share feedback with product and technical teams to support ongoing improvements to creative tools. Support other editors with best practices for editing, quality control, and efficient content production. What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications) 2+ years of professional experience in social video editing, short-form content creation, digital media, or social publishing. Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency with demonstrated hands-on video editing experience. Strong experience creating short-form social content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X. Demonstrated understanding of platform-specific editing techniques, audience retention, engagement, hooks, and pacing. Experience working in high-volume content production environments with quick turnaround times. Strong editorial judgment with the ability to identify engaging moments and create compelling clips from longer content. Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools, automated video editing, or AI-powered content workflows. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to collaborate with creative teams, manage editing priorities, and provide constructive feedback.
