Responsibilities Lead the daily operations, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and the General Manager. Act as the first point of contact when the General Manager is absent. Assist the General Manager with business results and development. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to serve as an assistant general manager.
