Job location: Sunnyside, Washington

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Monday-Tuesday 8:30am-7pm, Wednesday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Patient load: Up to 27 patients Monday-Tuesday, up to 22 patients Wednesday-Friday

Weekly hours: 32 hours clinical, 8 hours admin

Services provided: Well visits, routine check ups, sick visits

Patient demographics: All ages

On-site support: OBGYN available
