Thomas Tire & Automotive is seeking a reliable and courteous Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional service to our community. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by bridging the gap between our service center and our customers' busy lives. This position would work 2-3 days a week.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our passengers while supporting our shop operations:Assisting with loading and unloading tires, wheels and automotive parts.Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every customer to maintain high service department standards.Logistics & Communication: Coordinate effectively with the service department for pick-up and drop-off times and keep accurate records of deliveriesShop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.Benefits & CompensationWe value our team members and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your career and well-being:Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday scheduleFinancial Security: Weekly pay and a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match.Perks: Employee discounts on tires and automotive services.Are you ready to drive your career forward with Thomas Tire & Automotive
