As part of our commitment to the whole child, we are committed to providing additional behavioral support for students.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, passionate, and ethical Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work closely with the BCBA, classroom teachers and staff to collect data, communicate with all stakeholders, and implement appropriate treatment plans for students with disabilities. Key ResponsibilitiesAssessments & Planning: Collect data, complete assessments, and implement highly individualized ABA treatment plans.Staff Collaboration: Work collaboratively with BCBA, classroom teacher(s), and instructional assistants.Client Progress: Monitor and evaluate student progress continuouslyDocumentation: Maintain accurate, timely notes, session data, and ensure all services meet ethical compliance.  QualificationsCertification: Active, unrestricted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationState Licensure: N/AEducation: Appropriate completion of required courseworkExperience: Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing ABA programs and working with students with disabilities.Skills: Strong judgment, excellent communication and report-writing skills, and a collaborative team player mindset.Please Note: Approved applications must hold proper credentials.Applicants who meet requirements may be interviewed for open positions.
