General Anesthesiologist

US Anesthesia Partners of North Florida (USAP) is seeking full-time Anesthesiologists to join their growing practice at the nationally recognized Baptist Health System and affiliated ambulatory surgery centers across Jacksonville, FL. This opportunity offers a high-performing, collaborative environment within one of Florida’s premier health systems. The role provides a broad and diverse case mix, supporting personal and professional balance.

Practice Info

• Work alongside a collaborative team of 50+ physicians and 90+ anesthetists.
• Broad and diverse case mix across multiple Baptist Health hospitals and ASCs, including General surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, ENT, Plastics, OB, Neuro, Cardiovascular (role-dependent), and Healthy pediatrics in the ASC setting.

Compensation

• $500,000 base salary.
• Occurrence-based medical malpractice coverage (no tail required).
• Employment Status: W-2 (Employee).

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency.
