Technical Lead

Supporting an ongoing analytics and reporting modernization project, the remote Technical Lead will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot production issues, and oversee major version upgrades. Key responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and apply minor patches as needed Manage major version upgrades and webserver upgrades Install and configure new projects, including Crystal Server and Oracle Client Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Btech preferred) 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in technical support and project management Experience with AD configuration and first-time setup processes
