Audio Visual Account Executive (B2B)
Are you an experienced Audio Visual Sales Professional looking for a strong career opportunity in the low-voltage industry? Midwest Systems & Services is hiring a motivated B2B AV Sales Representative with a background in commercial audio visual systems, security systems, CCTV, paging, intercom, and alarm technologies. Business to Business sales in low voltage audio/visual experience is required. Do you consider yourself an organized/energetic person? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? In this role, you will work directly with business clients to design, present, and sell high-quality AV and low-voltage solutions. We're an established integrator with a strong reputation, long-term customers, and a supportive teamideal for sales professionals who want stability and uncapped earnings.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus uncapped commission plan with no earnings ceiling.
- Travel & Cell Phone Allowance.
- Vacation & Holiday Pay.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close new B2B accounts.
- Present, sell, and upsell AV/low-voltage solutions.
- Manage your pipeline and meet sales targets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in AV or low-voltage systems.
- Knowledge of Sound, Paging, Intercom, CCTV, Security, and Alarm systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Valid Driver's License.
